My Story​

Born in village called Maranchery, Malappuram DT of Kerala state,India. now I reside in Poonkunnam, Thrissur DT, Kearala state. As a writer, I regularly contribute short stories, articles, and travelogues to various periodicals. With extensive experience in corporate roles across cities in India and abroad, I am currently the Head of Marketing & eCommerce at V Perfumes in Dubai.

I am proficient in several South Indian languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu, as well as Hindi, Urdu, and English. I hold postgraduate degrees in Malayalam and Retail Management.

Personal Life​

My short story collections are Thavalam Nirmanikkunnavar & Alumni portal has been published and I have received the PAM Akshara Thoolika Story Award for my short story Almuniportal. Additionally, I have acted in numerous plays and short films, and was awarded Best Supporting Actor at the Satyajit Ray Film Society’s 2018 Short Film Festival.

My spouse, Haseena Pulinam, and I have three children: Afrin, a fashion designer; Fardeen, a journalism student; and Afshar, a high school student.
